Dr. Oliver Pack is a fertility specialist with more than 25 years of clinical practice in Spain and professional roots in both Germany and Spain. Over his career he has guided many couples through fertility treatment and has seen first-hand how much time and precision go into every treatment plan. He designed the first version of MyFertPlan himself to bring structure and consistency to that work. Today he leads the clinical direction of the company, ensuring that every feature reflects the realities of daily practice as MyFertPlan continues to expand into new clinics.

Jerome de Groot brings more than 15 years of experience in software development, e-commerce and digital transformation, backed by a master's degree in Marketing. Having been through IVF himself, he knows the patient side of fertility care from the inside. At MyFertPlan he leads technology and growth: he turned a clinician-built tool into a scalable platform and built the partnerships that have taken the company from its first clinic to a steadily growing client base.
