Plans that are right the first time, and patients who follow them to the letter

MyFertPlan lets your doctors draw up a complete, realistic treatment plan in minutes, checks it against your lab’s capacity and guides every patient through it with reminders they confirm. Fewer changes, fewer medication errors, fewer cancelled cycles.

For doctors

A complete treatment plan in two to three minutes

Start from your own templates and MyFertPlan calculates every date, dose and appointment. Because it is so quick, you can offer the patient several versions of the plan, with a different start date or protocol, and let them choose the one that fits their work, travel and family life.

A plan the patient can actually follow is a plan they say yes to. That matters medically, and it matters commercially.

  • Templates for your own protocols, copied and personalised in a few clicks
  • Several versions side by side, for the patient to choose from
  • Prescriptions calculated automatically from the plan

Lab management

Never book an egg retrieval on a day the lab is full

Your biologists set how many egg retrievals and transfers the lab can handle on each day of the week. When a doctor schedules one on a day that is already full, MyFertPlan warns them straight away, while the plan is still being made.

So the plan is right from the start, and nobody has to call the patient later to move their egg retrieval.

  • Daily slots for egg retrievals and transfers, set by the lab
  • An immediate warning when a day is fully booked
  • Fewer plans to change afterwards, and less work for everyone

Ultrasound photos

Ultrasounds done elsewhere, in the plan within minutes

Patients who have an ultrasound done close to home take photos of the images and the report and upload them from the app. They are saved straight to that ultrasound in the treatment plan, with no emails or messages to forward.

In the treatment calendar, a camera marks every ultrasound with photos. One click opens them in the viewer, next to the report.

  • Photos and report filed under the right ultrasound, automatically
  • A camera in the calendar shows which ultrasounds have photos
  • Zoom, rotate and browse the photos, or download them
  • Patients can add more photos to the same ultrasound later

Reliability

One missed dose of progesterone can cost a whole cycle

Especially in international treatment, where patients have booked flights and a hotel around their transfer, a single medication error has big consequences, for the patient and for your team.

Without reliable instructions

  1. 1The patient gets the instructions by email and copies them into a calendar.
  2. 2A dose is changed by phone, and the calendar is not updated.
  3. 3The evening progesterone is taken too late, or not at all.
  4. 4The transfer has to be cancelled.
  5. 5Flights and hotel rebooked, phone calls, a disappointed patient.

With MyFertPlan

Every dose on time, and confirmed. The patient gets a reminder for each dose and confirms it in the app.

  • Your team sees straight away who has not confirmed, and can act in time.
  • Changes reach the patient’s phone immediately.
  • Treatment runs as planned: better adherence, fewer cancelled cycles.

Unconfirmed doses

No missed dose goes unnoticed

A patient who takes their medication but forgets to tap the reminder looks exactly like one who missed the dose. MyFertPlan clears that up in the patient’s next reminder, at a time they chose themselves: for each medication they answer ‘Yes, I took it’ or ‘No, I forgot’.

Your team’s alert bell separates what can wait from what needs a call. An unconfirmed dose shows in amber while the patient can still answer. It turns red as soon as they say they forgot, or if there is still no answer two hours after their reminder.

  • No extra notifications at hours the patient didn’t choose
  • A red alert the moment a patient says they missed a dose
  • Sent to the patient’s own assistant first, then their doctor, then the clinic team
  • Marked as handled once: the whole team sees who handled it and when
  • Late confirmations and missed doses recorded in the adherence report

Trigger injection

The trigger is given on time, or your team knows within 30 minutes

The trigger is not just another medication. It is given at an exact time, 36 hours before egg retrieval, and until now the only way to know it had been done was to call the patient.

With MyFertPlan the patient confirms the preparation hours in advance, so a missing medication or a misunderstood instruction is caught while there is still time. At the time of the trigger they have 15 minutes to confirm the injection. Without a confirmation the alert stays in the app, and after 30 minutes an SMS with the patient’s name and the planned egg retrieval time goes to your clinic’s emergency phone.

  • Preparation and administration confirmed separately, each with the exact time
  • Every reminder sent is time-stamped in the plan
  • No more calling patients one by one to check the injection
  • Part of the treatment plan: no separate tool to manage

Prescriptions, signatures and security, built in

New in 2026

Our spring 2026 release brings the features clinics ask us for most: prescriptions approved in one click, e-signatures with your own branding, the security controls IT teams expect, and support for clinic groups.

Prescriptions in one click

The assistant prepares the prescription from the plan and the doctor approves it. Spanish national prescriptions on barcoded pads and international prescriptions are both covered, with a pharmacy directory built in. The PDF can be sent encrypted, protected with a PIN.

E-signatures with the provider you choose

Each clinic picks its own provider: DocuSeal, Signaturit, DocuSign or VidSigner. The signature emails your patients receive carry your clinic’s branding.

Security your IT team will sign off on

Role-based access with around 65 permissions, so everyone sees only what their role needs. Corporate single sign-on (SAML/OIDC), a HIPAA and GDPR audit log, and encryption at rest.

One platform for your whole group

One user can work in several clinics, templates can be shared across the group, and every clinic keeps its own branding. MyFertPlan is available in 8 languages.

Real result at a fertility clinic

25%of your follow-up team’s time freed up

More time for patients, less paperwork

A fertility clinic compared how many patients each follow-up assistant handled in 2023, before MyFertPlan, with how many they handle today. The team now manages the same number of patients in 25% less time: time that goes back into personal attention instead of paperwork.

Connected first visit: from first contact to treatment decision, without asking twice

We are connecting MyFertPlan’s CRM, medical record and patient app. From the moment a first visit is booked, the preparation runs largely on its own, so your team spends its time on patients, not paperwork.

  1. First contact
  2. Visit booked
  3. Preparation in the app
  4. First visit
  5. Quote
  6. Treatment decision

Both partners prepared before they walk in

Each partner gets their own invitation to the app, fills in their own health questionnaire and uploads reports and lab results from their phone, with reminders of what is still missing.

Documents become proposals, not retyping

AI reads what patients upload and proposes the medical history and lab results for the record. Your team reviews only the exceptions and the doctor validates. The AI proposes; it never writes on its own.

The doctor arrives prepared

A short summary of each couple before the consultation. In the visit, only what is new is reviewed, without going through the whole history again.

Quote and follow-up start on their own

When the visit is closed, the quote and the commercial follow-up start automatically in the CRM, so no couple is left waiting for days.

Built with the same privacy standards as the rest of MyFertPlan: sales sees progress, never clinical content.
